Housekeeping not included in the booking. I mean that should be basic. To change towels and trash bin shopper . I had to ask every time from reception. Location was perfect. Room was clean. Everything like iron, microwave oven and fridge was in the room.

The rooms are a really nice size. Very comfortable and big bed which was great.

The apartment was really nice and comfy. I loved the free pool on the 8th floor and the infinity pool on the top floor. Staff was welcoming and helpful. I was a bit hesitant due to some bad reviews but overall my experience was very good (haven’t had any issues with bed bugs or smell from toilet as other mentioned). The location is also very convenient!

Very spacious place and very comfortable. The view was very nice. You can see Genting Highlands on a good day. Aircond was cold which is good. Very large bedroom. Very happy with the particular unit we stayed at. The fridge and freezer is hidden but is very large! The blackout curtains and sheer curtains help during the day as the sun can be rather hot and bright.

I have just left Expressionz Professional Suite by MyKey. My stay went perfectly: the rooms are clean and spacious, and the view from the pool on the 48th floor is absolutely breathtaking! (The pool on the 48th floor is not included in the price.) The hotel is well located (just 10-15 minutes by Grab from the city center), so we enjoyed peaceful nights away from the hustle and bustle. Special thanks to Farah at the reception—she was incredibly kind and helpful, always professional and smiling! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I visit Kuala Lumpur again.

Room - cleanliness, interior design, comfort, view, security, toiletries Bila-Bila Mart - convenient store Infinity Pool at level 8 - Nice view, clean Distance - Near to (few km from) KLCC (brought my children to the Aquaria & Petrosains KLCC. It was school holiday) Washer + Dyer - Great for family stay with kids! Can wash and dry the clothes at the room while you go out with the family. But need to double the drying time when you come back. Kitchen with microwave & induction cooker - Great for family stay with kids! You can cook at the room and reduce budget

We had a lovely view with fantastic views of the city, was lovely to be able to see the skyline from your bed. The bed was very comfortable and quite large for 2 people. The aircon was also quite good! You had great facilities within the room of a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board!

We extended our stay for additional treatment at IJN, and the front office was very helpful, even arranging an early check-in to a new apartment. Moving from level 21 to 25 was smooth and hassle-free. The spacious one-bedroom unit with a movable kitchen made it easy to prepare healthy meals and move around comfortably. We loved the warm, homely environment and the mesmerizing night view of Kuala Lumpur. Although we were disappointed we couldn’t take photos by the pool before leaving, we still appreciate the great hospitality — especially from the front desk assistant who was a huge help. Thank you for making our stay pleasant!
